My-Safety, is a transformative program designed to empower and equip women with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to enhance personal safety and well-being. In today’s complex world, personal safety is a paramount concern, and this course is a response to that concern.

The aim of this course is to help women become more empowered individuals. We strive to educate and enable women so that they can become more aware of what is happening around them and use this awareness to further recognize when situations and people can pose as potential danger for them. We also encourage women to be confident about themselves so that they do not doubt their own abilities to act in situations where they have no one but themselves to rely on. Our aim is to help women identify certain individuals and situations that could pose a potential threat to their personal safety, and finding the most effective ways to get out of such situations before it is too late. We are not here to give you a list of do’s and don’ts. With the knowledge that we provide, we hope that women everywhere, as individuals and as part of institutions, understand that they should never compromise on their safety, no matter who they face or what situations they are in. In achieving this, they will be better positioned to ensure their safety and ensure that they are not taken advantage of and harmed in any situation or scenario.
